Areas may be stated as built-up, super built-up or carpet area in different contexts. Your agreement states which measure applies and is the version that counts.

Regulatory approvals

Project details are published subject to the approvals applicable at the time. Where a project is registered under the applicable real estate regulation, the registration number is stated on its project page, and buyers should verify it on the regulator’s own portal before booking.

Cost calculator

The construction cost calculator gives an indicative budgeting range based only on the inputs provided. It cannot account for soil condition, site access, elevation complexity, statutory charges or material selections. It is not a quotation and should not be used as the basis of a financial commitment.
