Straight answers to the questions that actually decide whether you go ahead.
The rate covers structure, brickwork, plaster, flooring, electrical and plumbing rough-in, standard fittings, painting and finishing as specified in the agreement. Anything outside that list is quoted separately before work starts, never added later.
A standard independent house on a 200 to 300 square yard plot takes roughly 10 to 14 months from Bhoomi Poojan to handover, depending on floors, finishing level and approvals. The committed date goes into your agreement.
Yes. Architectural drawings, structural design, 3D elevations and the approval drawing set are prepared in-house, and we coordinate the submission with the local authority.
Always. You are welcome on site at any time, and you receive photos, videos and milestone reports through the build so you can follow progress even when you are travelling.
We help you assemble the documentation banks ask for and introduce you to lenders who fund self-construction. The loan itself is between you and the bank.
You get a defect liability period covering workmanship, and our team stays reachable for support afterwards. A large share of our work comes from families who have built with us before.
