About the estimate
It gives a budgeting range based on built-up area, number of floors and finishing level, which covers most of what drives cost. Soil condition, site access, elevation complexity and your exact specification move the final number, so treat this as a starting point and the written quotation after a site visit as the real figure.
Built-up area is the covered area on each floor, measured to the outer face of the walls, including balconies and staircase. If you know your plot size and the permitted ground coverage, your architect can confirm the built-up area quickly.
Yes. Architectural drawings, structural design and 3D elevation are part of the package. Municipal approval fees and external development charges are paid by you at actuals.
Boundary wall and gate, borewell, external landscaping, furniture and appliances, approval and statutory fees, and any imported material you select beyond the package specification. Everything excluded is listed in your agreement.
Yes. Changes are priced and agreed in writing before they are executed, so nothing appears as a surprise on the final bill.
